Skid and Pump are 2 energetic kids that love Halloween, they always wear their costumes and never notice trouble when they see it. Lila is the mother of Skid and cares for him very much. Kevin is a worker at the local Candy Shop and hates his job, and always ends up being brought unintentional trouble by Skid and Pump. Bob Velseb is a cannibal serial killer that wears a devil costume. John and Jack are Police Officers.
